This blog is a collective effort by Eschatonians and others on the left end of the blogosphere to send Scout Prime, from Madison, Wisconsin, to New Orleans so that she can experience and report back, first hand, on the devastation and political issues surrounding the inept handling of the disaster known as Hurricane Katrina.
